Are you not getting sleep? This is a small trick you can do to get your sleep.
Human brain gets tired or bored when it encounters topic of disinterest. Only when the brain is bored, man moves to sleep mode. If you can feed your brain with such a topic at your sleep time, you are more than likely to fall asleep!.
Suppose you are a student, and are disturbed and the sleep has disappeared from you, all you have to do is get that big text book you have got for preparing for your examinations. Turn in to a chapter and start reading..and there you go…you wouldn’t even have crossed a page! You would have fallen asleep. This might sound funny, but its the truth. For me it works a lot of time. I often think about things that are too complicated at work and then in a few mins comes the sweet sleep.
